Felicia Utenor
Born during the 4th dociras of 3095DM to the house of Utenor, she was the oldest of 3 children. Felicia marked herself out as an outstanding scholar and martial artist. Unlike many of the citystates in the Lotus Kingdom she was able to to inherit the governorship of Morcan upon her fathers retirement in 3124DM. She took part in the latter stages of the schizmatic war, and was on the field the day that peace was declared. In 3129 she was made a daughter of the Imperial court, which allowed her access to the Lotus throne, and she is now able to build a better future for her people.
